Jeff O'Brien

Jeff has over 30 years of manufacturing and ERP experience. He excels at inspiring those who work with him and to always put the customer first. Jeff’s #1 goal is to ensure the customer is happy, successful, and a reference for EpiCenter.

Jeff made the decision to venture into the ERP world when he had the opportunity to lead the implementation of an ERP product at a manufacturing facility. There, he grew from Manufacturing Engineer to Assistant Plant Manager. Loving the concept of ERP, Jeff decided to utilize his BS and MS Engineering degrees and become an Associate Consultant at ROI Systems.

After spending a few years at ROI Systems and moving up the ranks to Senior Consultant, Jeff joined Epicor where he was a Regional Consultant Manager (RCM) in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic for 10 years.

Not wanting to leave the Epicor “family,” Jeff decided to join Jeff Glaze at EpiCenter, an Epicor Authorized Partner, in 2009. Since then, Jeff has been part of the EpiCenter “Original 5” to build the organization to where it is today. A complete VAR Sales and Top-Level Service Provider of the Epicor Product, Jeff took great honor in celebrating EpiCenter’s 150th Go-Live in 2020.

Jeff resides in New Jersey with his wife, Christina, and their dog, Dabo. He has two grown children. In his spare time, he likes to take walks with his family and, when he can, he also enjoys playing golf and enjoying a cigar to cap the day.

Jeff’s philosophy is to “Have Fun,” because if you aren’t having fun, then you aren’t enjoying what you are doing and will not be dedicated to the project.
