Discounted Rate/Extended Payment Terms for Consulting

We at EpiCenter are ‘hunkered down’ just like you are, taking the appropriate precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. In an effort to support our customers during this difficult time, we’d like to make this limited time offers:

Until May 1, 2020, we are offering existing customers a discounted rate for new consulting projects, done remotely. Additionally, if extending payment terms will assist in reaching an agreement, please let us know. We can work in conjunction with your staff remotely, and either attack key issues you have, or work on projects that you have deferred. This is not for existing contracts, just new engagements. As long as the contract is signed before May 1st this rate/terms will stay in effect.

EpiCenter ‘Stand-In’ Assistance​

If you have key staff in IT or other Epicor centric positions that fell ill and can’t work, our consultants can be available to temporary assist in their absence until they are better. This gives our customers very qualified staff who can manage finances, IT, production, or any other Epicor related positions in your company on a temporary basis. The cost and duration of these engagements will be determined on a case by case basis, so please contact your EpiCenter manager, or respond back to this email if you have a need for one or more of our staff to substitute for yours.
