ConnectWise Custom Reports

Maybe your data is already in ConnectWise but you can’t see it the way you would like? No problem! Using ConnectWise Report Builder or SSRS, we can build custom reports that you can run on demand or on a schedule. You will be able to see your data in an organized and custom-branded format and share the results either internally or with external customers…or both! Plus, since we don’t use any proprietary software, you’re able to make any future changes to the report yourselves. (We can provide training for that as well.)

Please note that SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is only available for On-Premise ConnectWise Manage implementations.

ConnectWise Integration Development

As the famous ConnectWise phrase goes, “If it’s not in ConnectWise, it didn’t happen.” However, sometimes getting that data into your ConnectWise database might seem a bit more cumbersome than you’d like. Maybe you need to automate a task on a schedule, or maybe you need to pass data to and/or from another product. Whatever the need, we can help build a solution to resolve it. ConnectWise has so much to offer that, once you jump in, you don’t want to stop – you’ll want to connect it with everything!

Please note that you must have your own access to the ConnectWise API.

When do I need a custom ConnectWise integration?

If you come to us with a question, we’ll let you know if a solution already exists. We have a partnership with various ConnectWise solution providers, and if someone has already done it, then we’re happy to refer you to them. (Some can be found on the ConnectWise Marketplace.) We’ve always felt that, while we’d love to work with you on a development project, we’d much rather have you spend your money on a solution that is right for you than build something custom. Why reinvent the wheel, right?

That being said, if your request does indeed require a custom solution, then we will help translate your requirements into a technical design that aligns with your goals, and then build a solution to meet those requirements. We will follow a three-phase development process during which we’ll collaborate with you on the solution so that there are no surprises. Using this approach, we can provide a more accurate budget as well as more easily avoid roadblocks by keeping fluid communication to make changes throughout the development process, giving you the most robust solution possible.

Have your own development team? That’s ok too! We’re more than happy to share the design specifications with you or provide API training and guidance if that’s the help you need. We’re all about empowerment; so, however we can help, feel free to ask!

How do I get ConnectWise API access?

In order to interact with your data the ConnectWise API, you will need to have an active ConnectWise SSO account for one of the products in the ConnectWise suite. If you don’t have an account, you can either reach out to your ConnectWise Account Manager, or feel free to reach out to us to ask any questions about the product. We’d be more than happy to share our knowledge and feedback with you! (Also, if you’re new to ConnectWise, be sure to request us as your implementation team!)
