What is the Advantage Program?

Great question! The ConnectWise Advantage Program is an exclusive, invitation-only group of solution providers that ConnectWise hand-picked to provide the same five-star quality to which their customers are accustomed. We even had to attend training classes and pass certification tests to prove that we know our stuff! We are proud to say that we passed with flying colors, and now, we’re able to work directly with ConnectWise to provide implementation services on their behalf, as well as directly with customers. 

What implementation services do you offer?

When ConnectWise calls us to the plate to assist with your implementation, we follow the SOW that they provided to you and walk through the ConnectWise best practice methodology step-by-step with you. (You can even request us specifically as your desired implementation team when purchasing an implementation with ConnectWise.) 

Whether you work with us directly or through ConnectWise, during our first meeting, we will ask some questions to learn a little bit about your business so that we can tailor the methodology to your needs. We will then design a custom implementation plan that best fits your business while keeping longterm scalability and optimization at the forefront of the plan.

No two businesses are alike. We familiarize ourselves with your company’s needs to help you get the most out of your implementation. Our main goal is to empower your team so that, at the end of the day, you don’t just have a functioning system but also a functioning understanding of not just how it works, but WHY it works.

If you don’t have the ConnectWise suite but are interested in learning more, you can either reach out to your ConnectWise Account Manager, or feel free to reach out to us to ask any questions about the product.
