At EpiCenter, Ann has played a key role in establishing our end-user support operation, diagnosing and solving timely customer issues. These experiences make her an excellent educator and she often assists clients by developing training materials and online resources.
Ann’s career has included territory responsibility in technical sales, so she understands how to listen to her customers, follow through on meeting their needs, and ultimately meet or exceed their goals. Her engaging personality and broad industry experience make her a valuable part of the EpiCenter team.
