Amy Tardif


Amy brings 10 years of manufacturing experience to the team with a focus on quality (ISO 9001 and ISO 13485) and operations.

Her background is in the biotech industry working at cutting edge companies utilizing DNA Sequencing for research and diagnostics. She has been the project manager for many projects including implementing Epicor internally from the customer standpoint. She is focused on teaching and works well at managing expectations with senior executives all the way down to production workers. Working in smaller companies allowed Amy to wear many hats and have exposure to all aspects of the business including all areas of the business systems. Experience with Lean Manufacturing (including 5S, Kanban, and JIT Inventory) also incorporates into her ability to utilize the ERP system to achieve manufacturing efficiency.
